I have a 96 XLT ..I found a 95 Eddie Baurer with the overhaed consol and headliner thats in perfect shape .. Has anyone installed one in the XLT .. Is the connector behind the dash that would connect to the O/H consol harness taped off to the main harness ?.. I did notice that the Outside air temp sensor recepticle is there behind the left headlite .. but my main concern is the connections behind the dash .. Hope somebody may have tried this and has some info

If you have the socket for the sensor, then you should have the connector under the dash. It should be on the left hand side.

I would like to add one of these to mo 93 EB. Does anyone know how hard it would be? Are there any plugs that have been prewired? I have the console out of a 95 that was sent out for scrap and the guy did not pull the harness. I have a half harness that goes into the console then has about 2 or 3 feet of wire that got pulled out of a explorer. Anybody have any suggestions?
