So i got the intake/carb on timing set and she purrs like a kitten. I was backing it into the shop and noticed a steady line of something leaking. I put it in park and crawled under there..no leak so i had buddy step on the brake and go from park to reverse and park to drive and as soon as forward or reverse is engaged the oil begings to stream out. put it in park it stops. What is happening?

Thanks for the info, Its not tranny fluid coming out, its oil. I'll have a look just to be sure. Rear main seal been leaky for a while. Ford mechanic friend when i told him the story of what it was doin had a look and wiggled the harmonic balancer and said "yep, crank is moving need new ****** bearing, i can order you the bearing and new seals...pull the motor and bring it over"

Probably pull the motor tomorrow
