Does anyone happen to know if all of the oil pan bolts should be 5/16-18X1 7/8? Looks like whoever put mine in previously used a few different bolts. Are there a few that are a different size?

Geeese..., you'd think someone else would chime in & advise ya., looks like you're stuck with me... >:D< <'>

If memory serves, there's stiffeners at the front-n-rear of the pan.

If so.., there's likely four (maybe more) bolts that are longer than the rest. The longer ones go with the stiffeners.

Some go up into the T-chain cover & likely longer.

As a general rule..., always make note of where bolts came from on disassembly. Many parts have diff. bolt requirements.

I am almost finished, however I am having trouble getting clearance to install the oil pan. I need to remove this bolt in order to make some room, does this bolt just come right out? I have tried but it won't budge.

Having trouble keeping the rubber gasket ends in place while installing pan. Anyone ever had trouble with this? They keep sliding out of place when I try to get pan positioned correctly.
