ok sat i parked the truck all was fine left it for a few hours came back got in and left all of a sudden theres a wop wop wop coming from the front right it does it on every rotation i thought bearing so i now have the hub torn down and the bearings appear ok a little bit of play but nothing that would all of a sudden cause a sound like that any ideas? before i start buying shit i dont need or can afford

the easiest way for me to describe it is it sounds like someone has ducttaped taped something to the tire and everytime the tire rolls its goes wop

it does it all the time faster you go louder it gets you can feel it a little but more of a sound than a vibration

ok i took one of the back tires off and put the one that was on the front on the rear and cranked the truck up and with the rear jacked up i left it in nuetral and let it spin and i dont see anything major there is a very very slight sign of uneven wear

the bearings are out of the front the spring,the lock pin everything was there and appears to be in working order i hope this is enough to give someone an idea

I also would suspect the wheel bearing, had that problem a few weeks ago. Check the tread on the tire, too. I lost a chunk of the tread out of the other side front tire, and it made a similar noise. IF you get mud inside the rim, or a rock inside the brake pads, it can fool you into thinking bad wheel bearing. Since you have the hub torn down, might as well replace the bearings and grease the hub. Check the brake pads & rotor for any uneven wear from a rock or sticking caliper. JSM84

it was the tire but replaced the bearings anyways

did you check that u didnt bend ur brake rotor guard thing?
