hello all I hope you guys can help me. I have a 1990 ford bronco that I put a new engine in and replaced distributor, spark plugs, spark plug wires, air filter, fuel filter, new egr valve, new air filter. the thing runs fine when driving with towing nothing or trying to use the 4 wheel drive. when I put it in four wheel drive 4 low it doesn't have the torque to really even move the truck if I am in the snow 6-7 inches and when pulling a 12 foot trailer it doesnt have any power to pull even the slightess hills. I have the timing at 10 degrees advanced as the sticker says to under the hood. does any have any ideas what could be wrong>? thank you for all your help I really appreciate it.

are your tires spinning?? if your towing a big trailer in the snow don't expect to move too fast :-&

two years ago when i moved in the winter i got stuck a couple of time pulling a u-haul trailer in 6- inches of snow with my truck........ never again too risky for me

p.s. ive found over personal experience 4-low doesn't work too well in the snow. mud ok but 4- high works better. u can get the tires spinning faster to get moving better.
