As you can see i really can't do much 4 wheeling in my current state. I would like to get some 30 all terrains, my only problem is money. I was wandering what rims/tires are the best for their price, i can't get the top of the line but i won't settle for some crap that will break next week.

Also my front hubs make this horrible clicking sound when i lock them, so i was wandering if i could fix this problem myself or if i had to get it professionaly done.

I'm brand new to 4 wheeling so any and all information would be helpful

(didn't put the rims on the bronco, bought it that way from some rich kid)

Depending on what size tires you are going to put on determines the wheel size in width. Stock Bronco wheels are 7 inches wide at the bead and will safely take tires up to 10.5 in. wide. If you are going to 12.5 you will need a wheel atleast 8 in. wide at the rim. The stock wheel is 15 x 7 x 5.5, the 5.5 is the blot pattern distance from center to center. I'm sure someone like BLADE262US probally has a set of stock wheels he can sell you. You can PM him an ask. You can also try a local friendly auto recycler. If you want new ones then 15 x n x 5.5, n being determined by the tire width. If you go to the Tire Rack http://www.tirerack.com look up the tire size you want and go to the specifications page for that tire. They will give you details about the tire, one of which is the minimum and maximum rim width.

Good luck,

:)>-

Dunlop mud rovers are the biggest bang for their buck IMO

this is true. i you can easily get away with a 31x10.50 on your stock rims. its not the biggest you can squeeze, but its the most practical.

now, concerning your hubs. it probably wouldnt hurt to pull the hubs out and look at them to see if anythings broken. the stock manuals (which im assuming you have) are easy to replace, as are the automatics if that is what you have. you can do them yourself in a few hours if you are mechanically inclined

You can fit 33 21.5 on the stock rims, i did it with mine but i don't drive it on the highway they rub a little. I'd stick to 31"ers if its a daily driver, it's not as dicey.

good luck with the dinero.

You can indeed get them on a stock rim, however you are on your own if you have an accident because you popped a bead while going 65 MPH down the highway or go over a cliff while on a trail and someone is injured or killed. Like Bluesman said going outside the manufacturers specifications voids any warranty plus it makes you legally responsible.

Good luck,
