Welcome to the Zone > . Quarter panel replacement isn't all that hard, just a zillion welds to cut, so get a good weld cutting tool. You will have to remove the top, rear bumper and the tail gate to get it out of your face. I've been doing my truck this year and won't finish till next spring, put it up for the Winter. You may find that using structural epoxy and steel pop rivets will make the re-installation easier, welds are one of the sources of rust problems.

Good luck,

:)>-

To all that have replied to my post. Please be patient with me. I really am not very good with the computer yet. My sons are trying to teach me different things all at once, some I get, some I FORGET. When it comes to cars or trucks I'm right on the money. Other wise, on the computer I'm LOST!!! Any tips would be helpfull. 90 full size out.
