I just bought a 96 bronco with the 351w motor and im wondering what kind of upgrades i can make to the motor besides the obvious headers/exhaust/intake? The bronco only has 32000 miles on it and and runs and sounds smooth i just would like some more power for when im in the mud

Put a cam in it, Im doing the project right now on my 351w. Expecting about 45-60HP and 55-75ft lbs.

:D/

Edelbrock Performer Intake(ported for the oversized throttle body)

1" throttle body spacer(Hogged out for the oversized throttle body)

BBK's 61mm Throttle body

Comp Cams Xtreme Energy Cam(351w computer controlled cam for this engine specifically)

Part #35-255-5

and a set of Original First Gen Lightning headers

So my engine is down to a bare block plus the Heads, so i havent driven my bronco in 2 days :((

thanks broncommann I jusy put bfg km2s on it and i think they might be the best tire ive ever owned! I went up to the ski basin and literally pulled out 35 other vehicles in 12 inches or new snow never even had to worry about getting in trouble myself! Love my bronco.

Yep, KM2's are pretty much the shit. If they had been out when i needed tires i would have bought them. Good luck with the new engine parts. its been a joy for me lol
