I came across this page while looking for troubleshoot info on my Bronco. I must say I love this page. It seems to be full of good info and Bronco enthusiasts. This is my first Bronco and so far I love it! I just bought a 1990 XLT that was a one owner from Alaska. It is in really good shape and only needs a few minor things. I plan to keep it original but it def needs a little TLC. Any pointers on what to look for on this truck? Any info and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the Zone :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> . Looks like you got yourself a real nice Bronco. Rust is one of the biggest problems with trucks from snowy regions. Areas like the lower B-post, rear corners of the 1/4 panels, lower section of the tail gate, rear tub support and around the edge of the wheel wells. If you see anything like a small blister, that is usually the start of a rust through. If you don't have any problems with those areas keep checking them each spring so you can catch it before the rust gets out of hand.

Goood luck,

I have been over it pretty well and the tail gate is definitely in need of replacement. Other then that it is clean. I am fighting with the heater right now. Just did a flush and thermostat and still no hot air. Thanks to the forum tho I am looking into the blend door now. Luckily I live in Charleston so winter has been in the 60's. Lol. I absolutely love this page. I've spent quite a bit of time in it so far. Thanks for the help guys look for to some good years in my Bronc and on the forum.
