What year Bronco? By the signature, a 1970? Bronco tags are formated with the VIN in the upper left hand corner and usually start with something like U14 or U15. The next line down should read something like 092 U U151, etc. Is the tag's physical dimensions about 1" high by about 4-5" long with two rivet holes on either side? Maybe post a pic if you can.

Cheers

Its a 1970 and the ID plate is not the VIN plate. it is about 3" lone and an 1" high with a 3/4" hole at one end where it was mounted with a bolt somewhere. I think it was from the rear end but cant remember since it was years ago. Maybe the trans or engine also. I uploaded a picture but i cant figure out how to attach it. It says its in the "manage current attachment" where ever that is.

My mistake. I didn't thoroughly read the statement and assumed it was the VIN plate you wanted decoded. That's an engine ID tag and is commonly found under the coil attaching bolts on SBFs. Top line deciphers as follows: Engine Cubic Inch (302), Production plant code ( C is the Cleveland plant), Model year of Engine (70 is obviously, 1970), Change level (Yours says it's the 7th level, and the change level number is used to refer to parts (or assemblies) being introduced when the old part doesn't interchange with a new one). Second line deciphers as follows: Year of Assembly (when the engine was actually made and yours is a late 1969 deduced by the next clue), Month of Production (alphanumeric system...L is December), Engine Code (yours is a 302-2bbl). Last item is A, and that's normally where the Canadian change level was noted on engine built North of here, so not sure what A means. Maybe USA made? Hope that helps!
