Aside from a different flex plate, you would need a wiring harness for a 351W since you have EFI and a computer. Try a search for more info in previous posts.

You have to change the computer it is not an option . Some people will tell you that oh it will run and there absolutely right it will run but it will be running very very lean as the computer is programmed to manage fuel for a 302 now you add the extra volume of a 351 due to the longer stroke and your fuel air ratio will be way off very lean . Also when you get a computer you need one that was setup to run with the same tranny you have especially important on the E4OD,s . As for the harness it is nice to have one from a 351 but you can use your 302 harness I believe you only have to change the wiring for 2 injectors , When I did mine I found alot of good info on http://www.fordfuelinjection.com . Other than the different flexplate Justshootme84 mentioned due to the balancing being different you should be all set . :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Added http info to link so you can go right to it. (Seabronc)

only tip i can give you depends on the year of the engine.i just replaced the 302 in my 90 bronco with a 95 model,351..used the 351 flexplate, which promptly pushed the torque converter into the pump and fried the tranny..seems in 95 ford went to elctronic shift, and the tranny is just a touch longer.just a little too much.so now we puttin a new tranny in.hope that helps
