misfire 1 problem to another

I've got it to stay running but now it has a slight misfire.I've done a complete tune-up from plug to air filter & set timing. ANY SUGGESTION. :wacko:

Try Checking your cap and rotor and look there. If thats good check for a fouled plug. I ran my 88 and pulled the spark plug wire off each plug and put it back on till i pulled one and it didnt change the way the motor ran.

It's a 1990 bronco 5.8 351w with e40d tranny.
