Link no worky, but I've done a few swaps to the Warn Premium manual hubs. Very simple, and you'll kick yourself for not doing it sooner. The Warn's are $83 plus shipping from most vendors, so don't pay more. JSM84

You shouldn't need the hub convrsion kit on your 90 Bronco, unless the caps on the auto hubs have 3 screws. IF it has 5 screws, just pull the old hubs and drop in the new manuals. JSM84

Nope, the covers that used to say "4x4" won't be used. Instead, you'll have a dial that you turn to lock and unlock the manual. The Warn Premium model has all metal, no plastic. The MileMarker hubs may be a bit cheaper, but I've never used them. Only one set I know of on a friend's bronco, and they broke first time out. He did get new ones undere MM warranty though free of charge. Warn's are also warrantied, JSM84
