Hi, i have an 85 bronco that im working on, and today i ran into a problem with my headlight. High and low beam work on the driver, and high works on the passenger but low does not. using a test light I tested the low beam wire going into the light and there is power to it. Its a brand new headlight, so that shouldnt be the issue. any ideas as to why it isnt working? Thanks in advance.

Did you test the "wire" or test/check voltage at the plug itself..?

Meaning the plug could be corroded.  If so.., clean with limeaway then, rinse-n-dry.

Elect. contact grease is good to keep good contact.
