You can undo the CAPS button, so no one thinks your YELLING. The popping may be due to worn rubber suspension bushings. Up front you have the radius arms and axle pivot bushings. for the rear axle is the leaf springs. You can use a floor jack to raise one wheel at a time and check for any play or slop in the bushings and front steering. Good Luck!!! JSM84

Poly's should last forever, but they can wear out in 3-5 years if you work the suspension really ******* a daily basis. I'll wear out the poly shock bushings in that time period.Did you use poly's in the entire suspension? Worn axle pivot bushings can give you a 'popping' sound when turning or driving across a dip as the front axle halves flex. Ball joints wear out in 20K miles for me, so that may be your problem if you have all new bushings.

Do you have push button 4x4? My 4x4 blew a circut breaker and it was in low range, so it would thump and buck on turns.

also look at the sway bar bushings mine does it during body roll the tend to pop out and everytime you turn it hits on the bottom of the bracket and it sounds like something is bad but is just due to the lack of the bushlings if it happends eveytime you turn thats probably what it is , look under your front end and its the bar that runs from one ciol spring to the other and the bushling are right on each side the frame in the front
