What is the best (or good) lift kit?

Approx 4". I want smooth ride (compliance).

This is a 90' with 56K miles!

I am orginal owner.

I havn't kept up with latest stuff for Broncos, I've been squandering $$ on my F-350 PSD.

I think everyone has their own opinion on which brand of lift kit is "the best". But there is little difference if any between the major brands of Rancho, Skyjacker and Superlift. The old **** Cepek kits were really strong, too, if you can find a source that still sells these. It helps to shop around, and compare the parts offered in each brand of kit. Some do not include shocks, others may have extras. I chose Skyjacker after a long search.
