All I am really looking for is if this is stock for a '71 Bronco... and if not what it belongs to.

Please tell me if more information or pics are needed!!

looks like a "van pan" to me but you cant really see enough of it. Unless someone has the part number memorized

I did not realize until I was uploading that I did not take a pic of the entire oil pan.

I will do this later on and post it.

But I was led to www.tomsbroncoparts.com and they have a picture of a stock 302 pan that looks just like mine, only black!

MYSTERY SOLVED!

The first two digits of a ford part number refer to the first production date or the last revision of the part. The first letter refers to the decade d=70, e=80 and so on, the second number is the year in that decade. There for D3..... means its a 73 or later pan.

Makes me wonder if it is supposed to be a '73 Bronco, or at least a '73 engine...

I know on my Mathews there is a stopper, the cam is actually engraved with 65 and 80 by the ***** hole. Not sure how it works, but thats how mine works. Let me know if you want a picture.
