i would like to fabricate a ladder rack for my 91....any ideas or anybody seen it done

Here's something that may help you if you want to make your own.

also check out this rack davids78bronco cargo rack

It looks way tougher than any roof mounted options I've seen if you need capacity. I guess it all depends on how much you're looking to spend and haul.
