Doesn't hurt one bit that its in my favorite range of blues, ones that I've liked to see on vehicles ever since having just about your shade my 60's Schwinn bike.
Hard to tell in that lighting though-is it a metallic?

I see roof rack or light bar brackets that weren't in the before photos.

Seats are tan and original in good shape so I am keeping

I am going to do a new carpet kit
Thinking brown to match seats

What color is the carpet in it now? If its black. Why not black seat covers? It,d match the carpet(if it was black) and save some money and
