I need to buy a new core support, and related parts. So I figure I'll try J.B.G.Y,since I almost always buy from WilHorses.I order 400.00 dollars in parts, week and a half go by, I hear nothing from them,I call.I hear this,"oh,your parts are backordered,it will be about two weeks!"I say,you mean you couldn't let me know this so ,I can make my plans?.I hear",hey; we ship out two thousand parts a day,we don't have time for that".I guess they are telling me to keep buying from Wild Horses,I never have a problem with them?

From things I've heard lately about the service support at JBG, they must have hired the guy that is at my local Home Depot service desk. :-&

I can't say I've found LMC very in expensive, and my experience with JBG has been good but I haven't baught anything in the last year from them. Supermotors is down and has been for a couple of days. the last time that happened, about 3 years ago, everyone had to reload their stuff when it came back up. Most of the pictures on FSB depend on supermotors for pictures which means the majority of their pictures are red X's right now.

I PM'd Dana about this thread and another one that is on FSB to give him a heds up on what some people are running into.

Just order online and you can always log in to see your order status the next day, i'll take this is a cue to add in a feature to email anyone whos order stays on backorder for more than a few days. We should have that new feature in there in a few weeks.

I have had nothing but GREAT luck with Jeff's. I don't remember the last time I ordered something from them and didn't get it the next day provided it was before noon. I did order a proflow hood that took longer but it was drop frieght from the manufacturer which is to be expected.

I have ordered from other Bronco shops and not had the same type of luck.
