installing fender bronco emblems

Hello -- Got some new fender emblems for my 77 Bronco. What is the best way to install them ???? Having a hard time putting the little green plastic holders on to the emblem first -- really tight ...Any tips would be great.... Thanks....

If I understand what you are talking about, the green clips go in the hole first and then you put the emblem in.
