My bronco will not start, I noticed the two wires going into the coil were unpluged. If I'm looking at the coil from the front of the bronco which wire goes where. One is yellow and some dark color and the other is red and I think green. My connector wire side is broke. If I hooked them up backwards would I ***** something up? HELP NEEDED b-( .

If you look at your coil, one side will be marked BAT, this is the side that the red/Light green goes to also the radio noise capacitor. The dark green/yellow wire goes to the other side, that is the Tachometer hookup.

Good luck,

If I hooked them up backward/oppsite of the way you indicated would it effect it in anyway. So in otherwards I might have hooked them up wrong and tried to start but had no luck, would it damage the coil or anything else? Thanks for the help.

Well I dont think it would damage it but your indicators might not work correctly.

Not sure, never did that. However, the TAC line goes back to the ignition module. Hook it up right and see if it starts. What year Bronco is this? What engine is in it? etc. I suggest that you add thatr info to your signature.

Good luck,

There wasn't a BAT on the coil that I could see, but I hooked the yellow/green on the left side and the red/green on the right as you look at the coil from the front. She runs fine know. Thanks for all your help guys. I'm sure I'll have more later. :D/
