So I'm new to this forum and I couldn't find this info. I have an 88 Bronco Custom Ex sheriff's patrol and I am going to be doing an Engine swap from a 302 to a 351 stroker with 450 horse power and I am trying to find out if anyone has a suggestion on new headers that will fit without beating on them. I also have to change it from injected to carburated so does anyone have any advice on a carburator they have had good luck on. Any advice would be very appreciated. I'll post some pics soon

Welcome to Bronco Zone!!! You might find a regular set of 351W headers from Hedman will fit, but most any brand should be the shorty type. You can fit longtube headers but need to figure how to route the exhaust around the transfer case. AS for the carb, I prefer the Holley Truck Avenger. You might also look into a Demon carb for the stroker. JSM84

Hey man thanks for the advice. how well do you do think the 351W headers from hedman will work with such a high performance engine I just don't want to lose any horsepower when i am spending this much on this swap

In a nutshell, all depends on where you're powerband needs to be, as header type will affect that more than horsepower. If you're constantly running 3000RPM's and higher (like on the drag strip) vs low-speed, torque pulling big tires thru mud. You're gonna be better off with longtube design if you can fit them. Keep in mind that any type of headers are notorious for leaking at the collector gaskets. The thicker the material the headers and flanges are made of, the better.
