here's what the add says:

"The Progressive tuner simply wires into the factory socket already under the hood of your vehicle. Like the name suggests, you will instantly notice an improvement in response, acceleration, torque, and horsepower, or your money back. Don't be fooled into believing that expensive ECU units are the only way to safely and legally give your vehicle that extra kick!

THIS IS NOT A CHIP!!!

Once installed, locate an area near the drivers seat to adjust the tuner. When the tuners boost dial is low, you should see a gain of about 7-10HP and should get the same gas mileage as stock. When you turn the boost up, you should see a gain of about 15-22 hp. At full boost gas mileage will decrease about 2mpg but what will you care when your getting all the extra power!!!

This is better than nitrous without The Nitrous effects on the motor.

The Progressive Tuner simply wires into the factory harness of the IAT sensor. The module will work with the sensor to provide a new signal to your vehicles computer, or ECU. The ECU then adjusts your air/fuel and timing advance curves to new performance settings. Our progressive tuner eliminates costly parts and installation of ECU components (many ECU mods require you to solder and modify the main board), and still safely and legally provides the same end results. There is no risk of damage to the engine or electrical system since the modified sensor signal will always remain within the manufacturer

All that thing does is trick your motor into thinking it is colder and staying in warm up mode. It just puts more fuel to it and cut's out the O2 from the calculation. You could achieve the same result by putting in a 160* thermostat or disconnecting your O2 sensor. Bad thing about it is that the motor

will get all carboned up and foul up your cat and exhaust valve. You could do the same thing with a three psoition switch and some different resistors

from radio shack, It is basically substituting different resistance values for the IAT(which is a thermisister) Don't waste your money. Get ahigh performance coil, high performance wires with split loom over them(to prevent voltage loss to ground or cross firing) And start gapping your plug a

little wider try just go up a little at a time say you run .45 stock increase to .50 and see how it does. The way to make more power is to be certain you

are completely burning the fuel that is in the cylinder, You can put intakes, exhaust and other tricks but if it isn't burning what is in there it is all fo naught.

At night get a spray bottle with water, spray the wires from dist to plugs, turn off all lights, start truck and look for sparks jumping between wires to ground and to low voltage wires. If you see sparks you need to reroute, add seperators or put split loom over the wires to stop the voltage leakage

All those sparks are lost power!! If they make a phenolic spacer for your intake that would be a worthwhile upgrade since it prevents heat conduction to keep the intake cooler and making more power.
