You wheel alot from what I have read from you right? You know when you hit a rut a it yanks the steering wheel out of your hands, well the stabilizers dampen that. The bigger your tires the worse it gets.

also helps to keep from messing up your alignment when your tires take an impact from the side, for example sliding sideways into some ruts.

I just (this afternoon) put a Skyjacker single on my Bronco. WOW! is about all I can think of. Seriously. It made all the difference in the world while driving down out beatupass roads here in Louisiana.

I have 35" Tires and 6" lift on mine. Single seems to do the trick just fine. Took about 30 mins to install. I love it.

whatabout your headgasket? did it seal?
man that was a process ... damn ... yeah it quit smoking when i first started it up but i had to flush the system it felt like a million times and when i was done had to leave the radiator plug out and let it sit over night... but it worked i dont know how long it will stay like that.... ill tell ya ...look for a product called BARS head gasket repair and sealer... i dont know if youll be able to find it in canada but you could try ordering it online ... if you follow it to the T it will probably fix your leak ... after you drain and rinse your system out from antifreeze , because you CAN NOT have any antifreeze in you engine or it will goo up BADD!! the make that a BIG BIG issue ... you have to idle it high for about an hour for cyclinder leaks and if you know what cyclinder is causing the problem you can take the plug out and run it for 5 minutes before you start all of the other steps and it will help alot better, but ne ways i am rambling on ... try it man , i mean if it dont work you just out about 8 bucks its really worth it

I think I will give it a shot. Its number 8 cylinder, I get about 20 miles out of a spark plug and its fouled up beyond recognition. So I change the plug and I'm on my way a bit farther. All other plugs are great. I had quite a bit of coolant in my oil, but I changed that already, goes through coolant like crazy. Hope it works cause like I said the 302 is outta there soon and in with the 460. I put some pics of my 460 truck in the gallery if you want to see it before it gets stripped.

460 now thats power but damn you wont even have to crank it up for it to eat some gas...lol but youll be able to climb a tree if the bark will stay on... , yeah just remember its called BARS Headgasket and cyclinder seal ...i got it at advance ... make sure you flush your radiator NO antifreeze and pick a night where it doesnt get below freezing because the last step it for you to drain all of the fluid form the system and leave it setting over night 12 to 24 hours ... then you can put antifreeze back in it ... goodluck man hope it works

We have a whole product line from BARS Leaks, I know the stuff you mean. I have read the instructions, and then I moved on. My 460 Truck has better fuel mileage than the Expedition believe it or not. In the Bronco It will be a thing of beauty. My other option was a supercharged 351w H.O. I think that would be worse on fuel than the 460

yeah i bet that supercharger drinks gas... i would like to see the 460 when you get it in , i wanted to do something like that but i am always scared of spinning a bearing because of it being a big block... If you read them directions you can imagine how much of a pain in the ass it was for me to do that ,,, man it took me all day to do it like they say because everytime you warm it up to have to let it cool down and if you dont have a fan it takes FOREVER!!

yardape/justbustn either of you guys have cooling issues to go along with your headgasket problems? just starting to wonder if my truck has a bad head gasket as well. pulled the plugs yesterday and they looked fine, but its been starting to miss or something once it warms up. i too seem to lose coolant somewhere. its not in my oil though or my trans.

i also seem to be building up too much pressure in my cooling system and yet the temp gauge barely stays in the normal range. the radiator, t-stat and rad cap have just been replaced. though the rad came out of another bronco so its far from new.

The reason I passed mine off as a headgasket right away was the guy I bought it from put a body lift in but didn't address the overheating issues. He overheated constantly ran it until it shut off on him. I told him over and over what he needed to do to fix it but he didn't think it would work. He thought there was bigger problems. Finally he got sick of overheating every 20 mins or so, so I bought it. It was fine for almost a week, I overheated once but didnt shut down. I fixed the problems and never overheated again. But I think the damage was done, that is a killer for headgaskets. Good way to warp your heads too. Headgaskets don't blow the exact same way everytime, sometimes there are odd problems but my problem as well as justbustins was a common well known gasket problem.
