how easy is it to put a 4 inch lift in 89 bronco

If you have air tools it will be easier. Don't be fooled by how easy it may seem, you can expect to be at it for 2 - 3 days depending on how many bolts are rusted / seized and or break when taking them off. Invest in plenty of "PB Blaster"

The work itself is not to difficult, but it helps to find someone who's done it before.

Like Shadow D said it all depends on how many problems with rusted and seized parts you run into. Most of the suspension lift websites say 5 - 10 hours for install, but I don't see it happening in 5 - 10 ulsess you have a fully equiped shop and a new truck with no rusted hardware. Good luck and post some pics when ya get r done!

It took me 2 days and 2 cans of PB Blaster to get all the old stuff before I could start installing my lift. Installation only took 4 hours. :))
