High rev sound

My 86 Eddie Bauer 2 has an overreving sound and shifts hard, I am Thinking vacuum?

Vacuum line seems to be connected, Anyone have this problem before?

What do you guys think

My 85 did that once, and a transmission vacum line was off. Open your hood, look right in the center, up toward the fire wall, just below the windshield. Mine had three lines going in, one had fallen off, just put it back on and your golden! Good luck :)>-

Thanks ,, It turned out to be a seized clutch fan
