HELP wont stay running with out help

I have a 89 bronco 5.0 when i start it it revs up then dies out. I can keep it running if i feather the gas but it lopes bad checked vaccum leaks found one replaced the intake gasket new pcv new cap rotor plugs wires. cleaned the egr and air throttle control valve it stayed runing once but lopes so i unpluged the atc and it smoothed out. need help please

Probably not the issue..but worth looking into. My truck would die and not start back up until about 45 minutes later like nothing ever happened.

Turns out it was the ECT sensor.. (engine coolant temp) right above the thermostat.

Try running a self test an see what codes you get. Codes will point you into a good direction..

Update the motor gods were on my side I found it to be the map sensor. thanks for the info.
