grinding noise

When I hit a bump I feel a grinding in the gas pedal sometimes, and as well as hearing it at times when I get on the gas, I originally thought part of the issue was the limited slip differiential, but I had to stop one time to "reset" the grinding to normal after hitting railroads tracks unexpectanly at 45.

Can you explain how you "reset" the grinding. Does it occur when you accelerate, or always when driving? Do you feel the grinding with the Bronc in park, but reving the engine?
