I have a 66 that started pouring fuel from the sending unit.  I of course see there are no sending units available at the parts houses (seems to be normal for all parts except fluids  :)) )  Knowing a guy at the local autozone and needing a fuel guage anyways since a previous owner removed this one's gauge cluster.  I went and pulled a bunch of sending units.  Long story short if you get a sending unit for an 80-84 Ford truck and bend the float arm to around the pick up (you have to bend it as the sender is setup for top of the tank) it works perfect.  I have installed an aftermarket gauge that works with these ohm levels and it is dead on.  I can probably supply a part number if needed, I just don't have it in front of me.

Hope this might help someone else in the future.

Ya.., parts stores have general parts like alternators, water pumps, starters, etc. that

will factory fit your rig.

EB specific parts.., you need to go to the  catalog/on-line stores who have Bronco specific

parts new & used.

Some have used & rebuilt gage clusters pretty reasonable.

Oh I know I could order the factory gauge cluster and stuff like that.  I'm not looking to do that though.  I'm already stock piling parts for the bronc just decided to go a different route on that.  I'm going to order one of the smoothed out dashes and configure it the way I want it to be.  Marine radio etc. That sending unit I posted about would work on the factory bronco cluster I believe, but not 100% sure what the factory gauge was set for  it's on the 10-73 ohm scale if that helps.
