fuel pump

i have check fuse i reset inerta switch (can i jump it out an if so what do i need to do) i not getting any power when i turn the key switch on are they something else causign it not to get power

its a 1988 bronco 11 with2.9 l engine i put a new relay on it i jump the relay out i get power to the pump on the frame. its a 2 wheel drive i cant get the pump in the tank or the frame pump to when i try it if u have a phone i can call u i have unlimit long distance i am in alabama
