Fuel Pump Problems

I have a 1989 Bronco with a 351 and recently the fuel pump starting running continuously after I would shut the engine off. It runs until the battery is disconnected. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The fuel pump is controlled by two relays which are controlled by the ECC. The ECC power relay powers the fuel pump relay. It sounds like the the pump relay contacts are sticking. :-&
