Fuel Overflowing from tank

I just purchased a 1971 Bronco with one tank. When I refill, the nozzle clicks off, but then I see fuel flowing from the underside. Right next to the wheel. Could there be a bad tank or is it because I am putting to much fuel in and it is coming out through the Breather.

Check the connection from the fill cap to the tank. could be a loose or cracked hose.
