There are 3 lines in front of my tank that meet at a terminal. One of the lines is broke off. Any clue what it is? It doesn't leak fuel but my gas mileage is horrible. The manual doesn't have any diagrams of it.

If its not leaking it has to be the vent hose , There will be a feed/return/and vent

Would that be why it smells like fuel and bad gas mileage?
