Fuel Filler Neck

I need to install a new fuel hose(longer than stock) from my filler neck to my tank. Is there a certain hose material I should be using especially for this, or will any sort of hose work? Maybe like a radiator hose material or something? (Just installed new Daystar body mount bushings and 3" lift is almost done.) Fuel hose barely fits on there now(1/2" connected on filler tube) Any suggestions are well welcomed. Thanks guys.

Youre in tricky business, i had a straight tube when my ripped and it took like 10 minutes to put in a couple of gallons. that may just be me but if its secure i would leave it personally.

Go to your local friendly auto parts dealer and see if they have fuel rated hose in the size you are looking for. I wouldn't use any hose that is not rated for fuel as it will deteriorate and load the fuel up witha lot of crap. Like Bluesman17 said you may also need a longer vent tube in order to keep the filling process reasonable.

dont know what parts houses are in your area but here napa has the correct diameter neoprene hoses in 6 foot lengths
