have a slew of problems on my truck used to be a project a week but things put aside for to long now am wondering were to start so here is number on the most confusing list

about 4 or 5 months ago i put new skyjacker 2inch lift coils in along with new rad arm bushing and ball joints and shocks(and brakes hubs axles and so on)

now every time i make a hard turn i get a metal spring sound and after closer inspection found the spring on the passenger side hitting the ball joint and the shock hitting the sway bar(yes i still have one to much highway driving not to

any ideas on how this could happen or a solution would be great

Your camber is way off. Either take it to an alignment shop, or install adjustable camber bushings. Be sure the new springs are seated properly, as well.

the align is good yes there are aftermarket cam bushings that side has a 1.75 if i remember right the rest of the front is tight also just the damn spring moving any time i make a sharp turn i even tried adjusting the turn stops to reduce the traval did no good

am starting to wonder if that spring was boxed wrong or something

getting a real headache from this one and still a lot of catching up to do on the truck

Is this happening only on the pass side??

Does it happen when you turn left, right or either direction?

What condition are the centre axle pivot (ttb) bushings in?

Are the radius arm bushings in good shape?

I have seen both of these bushings cause a "wandering spring" and popping noises as they load/ un load while turning.

by the way yes it is only on the pass side and mainly on right turns (almost to the steer stop) but when driving at highway speed can feel that corner bounce and when hits a bump gets real squirrelly did notice that when ever it "acts up" about the same play in the front end i also feel by my right foot on the floor and in the column
