Several years ago someone shared the Ford Service Manual for the 96 Bronco. I am wanting to see what's involved in replacing the dash panel if it's shown in the manual. Does anyone have this manual?

That sounds like Big Al (M5)
He was always helping folks.

While I don't have a factory tech book on those yet, do have a Haynes manual that may be of some use. Will give that a glance and report back if I find anything that can be of assistance.
From memory-
Gut the entire glove box, remove the radio, next is the climate control panel stuff and anything else in that general area, remove the trim panels & drop the steering column, then the control switches & lights stuff on the left side to disconnect/remove, then finally the instrument cluster.
Keep in mind that this may not all happen in that exact order of disassembly- its about whatever makes it easier.......if there is such.
Can't remember about the Ac ductwork registers, but that shouldn't be too bad.
After all that, should be a brace or 2 and getting the fastners out of the main support places to get that busted dash assembly out.
