question#1

I was viewing the Currie 8.8" Housing w/9"ends Std on the Broncograveyard web site and was curious if they make an adapter for a Ford 9" axel to add the speed sensor from an 8.8".

While we are at it, question #2

I recently did a sas with a D44 for a 79 Bronk and lost ABS in the front. I am just curious if there was a way to regain it?

For the rear theres a kit that puts the speed sensor on the T case so it doesnt matter what rear end you put in it . Do a search of the forums using my name and you should find the link we talked about it a long time ago . :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

What about question 2? Can you give me any insight there? Thanks for the direction to the first question that was very informative!

I have never really looked at the 4 wheel ABS but I would imagine that it is a proximity switch that looks at a target on the rotor soooooooo you would have to see if your old rotors are adaptable to your current hubs and then if that is possible you would have to make mounts for those proximity switches to mount on your new axle so that they were close enough to the targets on the rotor to see them and you should be all set . I do not know of a conversion kit for that type of swap . But anything can be done . :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
