I have old nasty mildewed carpet... i have been thinking about replacing it with one of those vinyl/rubber floor liners. Any sugestion... pro & cons

I guess it depends on how you want to use your truck. If you want a nice pretty road machine, then redo the interior. New carpeting made for the truck is available. If you want a mud runner then maybe you should consider just making any rust repairs to the floor and Rhino lining it. Then you can just hose it out when it gets dirty. Some where in between there is the rubber matting solution :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> .

yeah, the rubber matting is good. It's great for muddy feet, and dirt. You can just about wipe out any stain. You can hose it out, but it will hold water underneath it.

I'm thinking of getting mine lined for rust protection, and putting the flooring back in the front.
