Flashing Airbag Light

Anyone messed with their airbag, The aibag light is flashing a code at me, have

not looked it up as yet.

I am pretty Techno orientated but have never messed with the airbag and to tell you

the truth I don't really want too mess with it ,

but it could be a simple task that I may regret later taking it to the dealer to

fix......you know big bucks.......

mine just started doing that too. flashes 4 then 5. sometimes it stops then starts flashing again. i could use some help too.

Kelly, the # of times the airbag light flashes corresponds to the fault code it's sending you. I can't remember where I saw the printout of codes, but you might try a google search. Sorry I can't be of more help.

DTC - Diagnostic trouble code, retrieved using New Generation Star (NGS) Tester 007-00500 or equivalent.

LFC - Lamp fault code, flashed on air bag indicator.

One more thing, Kelly; the four then five indicated your Bronc is sending you a #45 code. In any case your airbags will not deploy when they are faulting like that.
