Hey,

I am new to Bronco zone so I may not know all that goes on here. I have the bronco bug and now I am looking to buy one as my first vehicle. I know it is a thirsty truck and insurance rates will be high being a 16 year old and driving a huge Bronco around, but I am willing to pay for it because I love the truck. Now don't go thinking I am some cocky kid who is going to drive over little miatas and go driving it through a lake. I have respect for vehicles and will take it off roading only when it looks like it won't damage my truck. I just need a few pointers on the truck. I just want to see how much people really like them. I have my eye on a 1994 Bronco XLT with 74,400. It has the cruise control and when I buy it, the dealer says they will take care of it. [-o<

You are probably right. After a while I think I may crush a couple of cars. But I can't afford to replace the engine if I flod it in a lake. I probably couldn't afford a new tranny if I blow it mudding. Right now I'm just saving my money for the $6,000 truck.

I don't know about cheap, but the best money that I spent on mine was the soft top. It is so cool cruisin' around ******* in the summer.

I have a '92, we have a some cool farmers that will let us mess around and some that actually do some dirtmoving to make things interesting. Do a search for offroad clubs that are close to you. Im sure you have tons.

"cheap upgrades"......?There's plenty of these out there, everywhere you look..."cheap" is pretty much self explainatory.

I know about cheap upgrades, I am looking at buying a Bronco that is a 94 with the 5.8 and has about 120k. I need to know what kind of upgrades I need to make and some that are optiona and can help me out when off roading. I don't want a lift kit because it can hrow off your steering.

who told you it can throw off your steering? you can throw your steering off with that TTB front just by looking at a curb wrong. if you do the lift kit properly, it shouldnt affect your steering drastically enough to make it unsafe or un-steerable. just dont ghetto rig it and you'll be fine

well shit. of course he'll have to get it realigned, thats the nature of the beast. you'd have to get the TTB realigned after a while even in stock form. tell your friend he's a '**** and slap him
