What is that on the front besides the lights?

Looks like you could use a new front bumper, 6" lift, 15x10 rims, 35" Boggers, 4:56 gears, lockers, longer drivelines, extended brake lines, police issue brake pads, winch and rollcage. That should keep you busy for a few weeks.
