farm hand ranch hand latch

Looking for sources of the passenger quarter panel spare tire carrier latch...sometimes referred to as a ranch hand or farm hand latch...lets you swing the spare tire carrier around and lock it along side the passenger side so you can use the EB with the tailgate down and window up???  ANy sources?
