Exhaust System

As ya'll know I blew out my exhaust donuts today. I'm considering replacing the whole exhaust system. The bolts and hardware are really rusted so it'll be **** to do but I would like to get it done. I'm looking at a Dynomax 17410 cat back exhaust kit. Anyone ever use this? What else is good, I'm looking to keep it within a budget of about $175.00.

Gooood luck :lol: Do you plan on putting anything on it besides pipes? I put a stock replacement system on mine with new crossover pipe, cat and a single in dual out muffler plus pipes and new hardware for under 300.00, but my parts store gives me the mechanics discount.

not to sound bad but good luck with that budget the Y pipe alone with out the Cats is about 80 tail have seen for about 20 (5.0 single out)

good muffler about 75 and the cat is morethan a few plus hardware and gaskets curious what year and engine both of mine had no donuts on them and none are listed (88---5.8 and 93---5.0)

cant be worse than mine , my right side manifold leakes where the Y pipe bolts on one stud broken held on with a "clamp-a-stud" the other most of the threads are gone from the stud so tightens down only about 3/4 of the way loud as **** when its cold and I lay on it but once on the highway calms down quite a bit should fix it but then my little girls wont hear me and wait at the door when I am a block away
