Exhaust? Speedometer cable??

Does anyone know where what kind of exaust & where u find it is the best for Broncos? flowmaster is popular but expensive sometimes magaflow is the same?? And i still cannot find a speedometer cable??? :blush: Any HELP would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
