have taken headers off of a 5.0 and put on a 5.8 mustang with no problems but am wondering will a stock 5.0 manifold fit on a 5.8

also what are the differances between the "Y" pipe if my memory is correct the 5.8 is about three inches wider on the crossover section if any one knows more info would appreciate it

main reason is my 88 5.8 cracked the passenger side and I am stripping the 93 5.0 and it has new manifolds and all except muffler and tail even has a high flow cat and am short on cash till after I move

The 302 manifolds will probably turn out too much at the back and hit the frame or have the exhaust angled to far to the frame for clearance :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

was worth a shot makes ya wonder why are headers 200 and stock are 85 and 98 think maybe they are trying to tell me something now on to the "Y" pipe think the flanges are different but know the length of the crossover portion is not the same length if ****** is the same can do the rest

All the ones I have scrapped have had the same flanges on them just like your saying the distance between them is different :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
