in my spare time I'm building a toy car (1989 Bronco II) and I've found out the Eldlebrock doesn't make heads for the 2.9 and I'm wondering if anyone else makes after market heads (4 more power of course)and such things as Headers or anything else that would make my project look and feel badder. I'm putting a 3 inch body lift and big meat tires on, which brings me to another question- can the speedometer be adjusted on this toy truck :-&

Good luck on your project and yes the speedo gear can be changed to compensate for the tire size change.

However, you may want to change the differential gear ratio. Some times incresing the tire size makes a vehicle a power dog unless the gears are changed by reducing the RPMs too much.

Good luck,
