Electronic Shift Control Module

Bought the bronc with known "won't go into 4wheel drive" problem. Thought i'd troubleshoot on it a bit and found that the electronic shift module (black box under passenger kick panel) does not pass the self test (stays on 30 seconds). I've been researching online to try to find one but have been unseccessful, can someone point me to a site that either sells "good" used ones or maybe an aftermarket or one from another vehicle that I can substitute it with?

I have yet to wire check the transfer case shift solenoid, weather permitting i'll do that this week-end, but i'd like to see if any of ya'll know where I can pick up the "black box".

Ok, thanks...big round thing on a actuator...I thought it was a solenoid, then again the wiper motor looks similar heh...heh..
