I have and 85 EFI 302 engine in my 69 Bronco. It runs great but when i start goin up hill it starts popping inside of the top part of the injection or every now and then when i come to a stop on level ground it pops. (they are lean pops i believe, from not getting enough fuel)(Getting air in the fuel lines). I have checked all my fuel lines for leaks didnt find any. I have gas in the tanks. Where is the air coming from. Do i need to upgrade the pick ups in my tanks to fuel injection ones cuz i just have whatevr is stock in them?
Also on my idle it idles good but when im coming to a stop and take in out of gear it does not idle down that fast, it will go down to about 1200rpms hold there for a little before coming the rest of the way down to round 700-800rpms. The engine is warm. what going on with it? Y does it not go down to 800rpms right away like it should?
