Clickin nosie

when im driving at about 15-30MPH there a clicking nose come from the wheels

when the brakes are applied it stops

ive tapped the brake pad in place, bought new rotors,shaved the rotor and it still makes the noise

anyone one *** this is?

1990 Ford Bronco

31X10.5 tires (if that matters)

The noise is most likely coming from your front hubs. If you have automatic hubs, they may be partially engaged. The same may be true for manual hubs. The fix may be as easy as taking them apart cleaning them up, lightly greasing them and reassembling.
